Zac Mizell

Zac Mizell possesses a robust background in rugby coaching and professional athletic experience, currently serving as the Head Coach for Men's Rugby at Penn State University since August 2024. Previously, Mizell held a similar role at Adrian College, where emphasis was placed on player mentorship and teamwork. Serving as Director of Rugby Education at The Rugby Fax, strategic development of coaching clinics and player assessments took priority. An established athlete, Mizell competed professionally for Rugby ATL, Austin Elite Rugby, and USA Rugby, showcasing a commitment to technique and physical conditioning. Additional coaching roles at Life University and The University of Texas at Austin demonstrate expertise in player development and team culture. Mizell's educational foundation includes a Master's degree in Sports Leadership and a Bachelor of Business Administration, reinforcing a strong leadership and management skill set.
