Jill Marples

Jill Marples has extensive experience in consultancy, currently serving as an Associate Consultant at Penna, HAYS, AGA Performance & AGA Resolution, and TMP Worldwide since 2005, alongside owning J & DC Consultancy Ltd since 2001. Previously, Jill worked as an Associate Consultant at Norman Broadbent/Barkers from 2004 to 2009 and held the role of Equality & Diversity Consultant and HR Management at Lloyds TSB from 1987 to 1998. Educationally, Jill holds an MSc in Career Management & Counselling from Birkbeck College, University of London, and is a chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development as well as the Chartered Institute of Banking. Psychometric qualifications were obtained between 2000 and 2014, further enhancing expertise in the field.
