Rikke Stampe Skov

Rikke Stampe Skov is an experienced leader in governance, risk management, and compliance, currently serving as a Non-Executive Board Member and chair of the audit committee at Penneo A/S since March 2021. As CEO of Impero since April 2016, Rikke has driven the development of a cloud-based GRC platform to assist companies globally in managing risk and controls. Rikke’s extensive background includes serving as a Board Member at Forenet Kredit and Union Bulk A/S, as well as previous leadership roles at Odgers Berndtson and PwC, where Rikke led various teams and units focusing on organizational leadership, risk assurance, and sales management. Educational qualifications include a Board Master Class from Copenhagen Business School and multiple degrees in business and law.
