Nick McClure

Budget Analyst | Appropriations Committee at Pennsylvania State Senate

Nick McClure has extensive experience in budgeting and analysis within Pennsylvania's legislative context, currently serving as a Budget Analyst for the Appropriations Committee in the Pennsylvania State Senate since October 2023. Previously, Nick held similar roles as a Budget Analyst within the Pennsylvania House of Representatives from October 2020 to October 2023. Prior to that, Nick worked as an Economist in the Antitrust Section of the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General and as an Analyst for the Consumer Affairs Committee in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives. Additional experience includes positions as a GIS & Data Assistant and Graduate Research & Teaching Assistant at the University of Pittsburgh, as well as internships at the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, PennDOT, and the Tuscarora School District. Nick earned a Master of Public Administration with a focus on Policy Analysis from the University of Pittsburgh and holds a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.
