Jennifer Hoover

Jennifer Hoover has extensive experience in governmental relations and public information within the higher education sector. Currently, Jennifer serves as the Agency Open Records Officer and Director of Governmental Relations for Pennsylvania's State System of Higher Education since March 2014. Prior to this role, Jennifer was the Director of Public Information at PHEAA for a brief period and also held positions at Pennsylvania's State System of Higher Education and the Pennsylvania Association of School Business Officials, where responsibilities included external relations and legislative coordination. Jennifer's career includes significant experience as a Research Analyst and Legislative Fellow with the Pennsylvania House of Representatives. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Legal Studies focused on Law and Public Policy from PennWest California and a Bachelor's degree in Public Policy from Penn State University.
