As the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of On Deck Leadership Consulting, Meg has leveraged extensive experience in strategic growth, previously serving as Head of Growth at Penny Finance and Head of Strategic Partnerships at Unicrn. Meg held multiple roles at Rev and Snap! Mobile, including Vice President of Revenue Operations and Director of Inside Sales and Operations. Meg earned a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership with a focus on Strategic Innovation and Change Management from Colorado State University and holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
