Therese Chbeir

Therese Chbeir is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in property tax analysis, mortgage loan assistance, and the performing arts. Currently serving as a Senior Property Tax Analyst at PennyMac Loan Services, LLC since August 2017, Therese also works as a Mortgage Loan Officer Assistant at Skyline Home Loans since June 2016. Additionally, Therese has a successful modeling and acting career that began in 2012, highlighted by leadership as President and Director of Mission Stephy, Inc., a nonprofit organization in 2016. Therese holds an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management from Pasadena City College and has training from the Los Angeles Performing Arts Institute.
