Laura Bayer Winslow

Laura Bayer Winslow is a skilled communications professional with extensive experience in strategic communications, marketing, and graphic design. Currently, Laura is working in Strategic Communications at the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) since June 2024, after serving as a Strategic Communications Specialist for BRMi from October 2022 to November 2024. Laura has also operated as a freelancer for Baywin Communications since June 2018, providing a range of services that include graphic design and copywriting. Previous roles include Communication Specialist at the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare and Marketing Consultant at Intracon, among others. Laura holds a Master of Arts in Strategic Communication from Washington State University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Sociology and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Boise State University.
