Rick Ortiz

Rick Ortiz has over 20 years of experience in logistics and operations management. Since October 2005, Rick has been with Penske Logistics, progressing from Senior Operations Supervisor to Operations Manager, where responsibilities include ensuring associates align their work with customer objectives and managing driver recruitment. Prior to this, Rick worked at O.C. Communications for five years as a Supervisor, overseeing daily operations, optimizing performance, and addressing customer complaints. Earlier in Rick's career, a significant tenure at The Coca-Cola Company involved sales responsibilities, route management, and adherence to DOT regulations. Rick holds education credentials from San Joaquin Delta College, with attendance from 1993 to 1996.
