Paula Edmonds

Paula Edmonds currently serves as the VP of Trust Services at Pentegra Retirement Services since February 2023. Prior to this role, Paula held various positions at Empower, including Head of Operations from January 2021 to January 2023. At MassMutual, from February 2001 to January 2021, Paula advanced through several key roles, culminating as Head of Sponsor Services in Workplace Operations, leading multiple teams and setting strategic direction. Additional responsibilities included managing the Regulatory Disclosures team as Assistant Vice President and serving as an ERISA Advisory Services Consultant, providing expertise on plan administration. Paula began their career in account management within the Retirement Services department, working through several positions before transitioning to consulting. Paula earned a Master's degree in Business Administration from Western New England University and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from American International College.
