Daniel Taitz

Daniel Taitz has extensive experience in the media industry, currently serving as Vice Chairman, Board Member, President, and COO at Penthera since December 2015, where the focus is on software solutions for media, including the Download2Go™ product for offline video playback. Prior to Penthera, Daniel Taitz was the Founder of Katama Consulting, offering advice to small and middle-market businesses in media and lifestyle sectors. Daniel held significant roles at Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia as Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel and interim Chief Executive Officer, and at Univision as SVP of Affiliate Relations Business Affairs. Previous experiences include serving as Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel at Oxygen Media and as a partner at Friedman Kaplan Seiler & Adelman LLP and Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP. Daniel holds a J.D. from Cornell Law School and a B.A. in History from Trinity College-Hartford.
