Kirsty Hatcher

Kirsty Hatcher is a seasoned journalist with extensive experience in celebrity and entertainment writing. Currently serving as a Staff Writer for News at PEOPLE Magazine since January 2023, Kirsty previously held the position of Senior Celebrity & Entertainment Writer at Reach plc from October 2020 to January 2023. Prior to that, Kirsty was the News Editor at OK! Magazine from August 2014 to September 2020, where responsibilities included editing news copy and writing features. Additional roles at OK! Magazine encompassed Acting News Editor and Staff Writer, alongside various editorial and administrative tasks. Kirsty began a career in journalism through work experience and internships at The Telegraph, Professional Beauty GCC, and Freshwater UK, among others, and is academically qualified with a Master of Arts in Magazine Journalism and a BA Joint Honours in Journalism, Media and Sociology from Cardiff University.
