Jo Palmer

Jo Palmer is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors, notably in healthcare and financial services. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at B&CE since January 2022, Jo Palmer also holds the position of Chair of the Board of Directors at Medway NHS Foundation Trust since September 2015. With a prominent career at Lloyds Banking Group, including roles as Managing Director of Divestment, Development & Group Property and Global Payments Transformation Director, Jo Palmer has demonstrated expertise in operational management and strategic development. Previous experience includes serving as Chief Operating Officer at Equiniti and various positions across Financial Services beginning in 1987. Jo Palmer holds a Master of Science in Biodiversity & Conservation from the University of Exeter.
