Praveen Loganathan currently serves as the Business Process Automation Lead at People's Partnership, where significant achievements include launching the organization's first automation initiative using Microsoft Power Automate, resulting in a 75% cost reduction compared to traditional RPA tools, and establishing an automation governance forum for cross-departmental collaboration. Previously, Praveen worked at Close Brothers as a Business Process Automation Engineer, leading the full software development life cycle for a UiPath ReFramework robot that processed 50,000 transactions weekly and integrating UiPath bots with SalesForce APIs. Praveen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with Honours in Marketing from Christ University, Bangalore.
