Lydia I. Perez, C3P, TCS, and CPM Candidate, currently serves as the Director of Property Management at Cabrillo Economic Development Corporation, overseeing multi-family properties and ensuring alignment with organizational and regulatory goals. With a robust background in property management, Lydia has held various leadership positions, including Regional Portfolio Manager at Investec Real Estate, where management of over 700 residential units was key, and Community Manager roles at Trinity Property Consultants and M&A Real Estate, managing high-end and student housing communities. Lydia’s experience also includes portfolio management at Sierra Property Group and roles in marketing and operations with Towbes Group Inc. and Santa Barbara Community Housing Corporation, where management of low-income and supportive housing units was crucial.
