Caroline Werner

Caroline Werner currently serves as Chief People Officer at LogicGate since January 2022 and also holds the position of Advisor & Chicago Community Lead at PeopleTech Partners since January 2024. In addition, Caroline served as a Board Member at Bountiful from March 2023 to July 2024, and previously held various senior roles at Korn Ferry from 2014 to 2021, including Senior Vice President - Global Talent. Other notable positions include Board Member roles at YWCA Metropolitan Chicago and Next Theatre Company, along with leadership functions at Heidrick & Struggles from 2007 to 2014 and earlier experiences at United Stationers Supply Co and Hyatt Hotels. Caroline earned a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Miami University.
