Kira Swanson, MBA, PhD, is an accomplished coaching professional with extensive experience in leadership development, career management, and organizational effectiveness. As the owner and certified coach at Love Monday Coaching since 2015, Kira has engaged with hundreds of clients, amassing over 600 hours of paid coaching and achieving a 60% client renewal rate. Currently serving as an executive coach and facilitator at PeopleTek Coaching, Kira guides teams in leadership development through experiential learning.
