Jorge Gervasi

Jorge Gervasi serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Pepco for Western Europe, overseeing 600 stores with €600 million in sales across Spain, Italy, Germany, and Portugal since October 2024. Previously, Jorge held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Douglas from May 2024 to October 2024, managing operations in Spain and Andorra with a turnover of €100 million. Jorge's extensive experience includes serving as CEO of For Eyes (EssilorLuxottica USA) and various leadership roles at GrandVision NV, where responsibilities ranged from COO for Latin America to CEO of +Vision in Mexico and Spain. Earlier in the career, Jorge held senior positions in business development, general management, and import management across various companies, concluding with an MBA from IESE Business School and a Licenciado in Derecho from Universidad de León.
