Ilona Leonova

Ilona Leonova is a Scrum Master with extensive experience in quality assurance and software development methodologies. Currently at Pepper Money ANZ since June 2022, Ilona has previously held Scrum Master positions at Lumiant Pty Ltd and led a team of QA engineers at Henry Schein One, where significant contributions were made towards continuous integration and delivery. Ilona's career began as a Junior Quality Assurance Analyst, progressing to roles that included Quality Assurance Analyst and QA Lead, highlighting a strong foundation in both testing and agile practices. Prior to their technology-focused roles, Ilona worked as a Visa Officer at VFS Global and served as Audit Commissioner for AEGEE-Europe, demonstrating a diverse professional background. Academic qualifications include an ISTQB certification and advanced degrees in Accounting and Auditing from the National University of Food Technology.
