Daniel A. Sen

Daniel A. Sen, MEng, CCMP is a seasoned professional in Learning and Development, currently serving as Learning Lead for Global R&D and Global IT at PepsiCo since May 2022. With a robust background at GE from June 2008 to May 2022, Daniel held various roles including Senior Manager, Learning & Development, where responsibilities included course management and serving as a subject matter expert in electrical and generator technologies. Prior roles involved designing and delivering technical training on generator systems, as well as managing field engineering projects. Daniel also has experience as an Assistant Professor of Electrical Engineering at Universiti Tenaga Nasional from January 2003 to June 2008. Educational qualifications include an ongoing Doctor of Education in Adult Learning and Workforce Development at Northwestern State University, along with multiple degrees in Electrical Engineering from Universiti Tenaga Nasional. Deemed an expert in electrical operations and training methodologies, Daniel has also completed advanced technical training programs through GE Energy Learning Centers.
