Duane Hansford

Duane Hansford is an experienced manufacturing and shipping manager currently at PepsiCo since January 2017, leading the waste reduction initiatives at the Peterborough Quaker site and managing shipping operations at Pepsico Foods Canada. Duane has a strong background at GE Energy Connections, serving as a manufacturing leader, and previously held the role of manufacturing shift leader at PepsiCo from October 2012 to February 2016, where responsibilities included team development, quality performance, and safety in a unionized environment. In addition, Duane has served as a food safety leader, overseeing the implementation of food safety programs and managing a sanitation budget exceeding $250k. Duane holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Biology from the University of Ottawa, obtained from 1999 to 2003.
