Jesper Petersen

Jesper Petersen is an experienced HR executive with a diverse background spanning multiple industries. Currently serving as Chief People Officer for PepsiCo AMESA and PepsiCo International Beverages, Jesper has previously held significant roles including Chief People Officer and SVP for Africa, Middle East & South Asia, and VP of HR for Global Business Services at PepsiCo. Prior to joining PepsiCo, Jesper was VP and Head of Global Talent Acquisition at the LEGO Group, as well as Head of Human Resources for the Asia Pacific region and Head of Global Rewards at the same company. Jesper also gained valuable experience as an HR Manager at Danfoss Power Solutions and served as a First Lieutenant in the Army during tenure with Forsvaret.
