Mamta Lamba

Mamta Lamba is an experienced executive currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Teleperformance since March 2023. Prior to this role, Mamta held the position of Managing Director at Accenture from June 2019 to January 2023. Mamta's extensive career includes significant leadership roles at Genpact, where responsibilities spanned from Vice President, overseeing sales transformation and client relationships, to Master Black Belt in Quality for the BFSI sector, delivering process excellence through Six Sigma and Lean methodologies. Earlier experience includes managerial positions in operations and project management at HCL Technologies and EXL Service, among others. Mamta holds an Executive Program for Professionals from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Kurukshetra University, complemented by an Honors Diploma in Computer Networking from NIIT.
