Phil Sage

Phil Sage serves as the Senior Director of Design & Innovation for North America at PepsiCo since January 2022, where leadership is demonstrated in fostering a design-led thinking mindset and driving innovation strategies that enhance business growth. Phil Sage also mentors businesses with MassChallenge and contributes as an Executive Board Member for the Chicago Toy & Game Group, which connects creators and innovators within the toy and gaming industry. Previous roles at Hasbro included Senior Director positions overseeing product development and global technology acquisition, leading to significant advancements and partnerships in the innovation pipeline. Phil Sage holds a Master of Design in Product Design, Innovation, and Management from Middlesex University and a Bachelor of Science in Product Design from the University of Wales Trinity Saint David, along with a forthcoming certificate from the Royal College of Art.
