Poonam Chopra

Poonam Chopra is an accomplished professional with extensive expertise in Total Rewards. Currently serving as Senior Director Total Rewards for AMESA at PepsiCo since September 2017, Poonam leads Total Rewards strategies for South Africa and WECA business units and oversees employee benefits and wellness initiatives across all AMESA markets. Previously, Poonam held the position of Director Total Rewards for the SSA Region and led benefits for the AMESA sector. Prior experience includes various roles at Aon from May 2006 to September 2017, culminating in the role of Industry Lead Compensation for Consumer and Lifesciences. Poonam holds a BA in Economics with honors from Sri Venkateswara College and a Diploma in German from Max Mueller Bhawan.
