Rafael Martin Paz Villalobos

Rafael Martin Paz Villalobos is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in health and safety management. Currently serving as an asesor de medicina del trabajo and Director General at Autónomo and Saserprica SAS Colombia since December 2018, respectively, Rafael also holds the position of Executive Director at Centro Integral de Salud Laboral since July 2014, overseeing comprehensive workplace health and safety projects. Previously, Rafael managed national occupational health initiatives at Pequiven S.A. from January 2012, and has held multiple leadership roles within the company since 2005. Rafael's early career includes significant experience as a Superintendente de Salud Ocupacional at PDVSA Petroleos de Venezuela S.A. and as a Supervisor de Medicina Preventiva at Lagoven S.A. Educational credentials include a Medical Surgeon degree from Universidad del Zulia and a Master's degree in Occupational Safety and Health Technology/Technician from Ciu.
