Win Gaulding

Win Gaulding has extensive experience in cybersecurity and systems engineering, currently serving as Program Director at Peraton since March 2000, following the acquisition of Northrop Grumman’s IT and mission support services business. Prior to Peraton, Win Gaulding worked at Northrop Grumman for over two decades in various leadership roles, including Cybersecurity Program Executive and Chief Cyber Security Architect. Win Gaulding began a career in networking and systems engineering with positions at Volt, Force 3, and SAIC before joining TRW, Inc., where foundational experience was gained as a Lead Engineer. Win Gaulding holds a Master of Science degree in Technology Management from George Mason University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the Virginia Military Institute.
