Dana Ourso

Dana Ourso, SPHR, is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various industries. Currently serving as Human Resources Director at Performance Energy Services, LLC since April 2023, Dana has previously held similar director roles at Allison Companies, InterMoor, and Teche Regional Medical Center. A proven leader in human resources, Dana began a career at Becon Construction and progressed through positions at J. Ray McDermott, Albemarle Corporation, Global Industries, and The Shaw Group. Dana holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management from Nicholls State University.
