Melissa Delaney-Del Valle serves as an Associate Partner at Performance of a Lifetime, where responsibilities include leading global client accounts and enhancing client engagement teams to achieve exceptional outcomes. Melissa is also a member of the leadership team, contributing to the continuous innovation of the practice. Previously, Melissa held roles as a Trainer/Executive Coach and Field Manager at Easy Choice Health Plan of New York, focusing on providing health insurance solutions to small business owners and supporting Medicare recipients. Additional experience includes serving as Youth Solutions Director at the Citizens Committee for New York City and founding The Drive-In, a short film exhibition, where Melissa worked as a Producer and Director. Educational credentials include degrees from Oberlin College and The School for Film and Television.
