Bashar al Sabbar

Bashar Al Sabbar is an experienced operations and project management professional with a strong background in engineering and procurement. Currently serving as an Operations Supervisor and Senior Project Manager at Performance Services since December 2013, Bashar assists the Engineering/Estimating team and is involved in contract management. Previous roles include Project Manager and HVAC Estimator at Flo-Tech Mechanical Systems, where responsibilities encompassed preparing estimates for large-scale HVAC projects and facilitating value engineering presentations. Bashar also served as a Procurement Senior Specialist at Robust Contracting Company, focusing on compliance and contract development, and worked as a Quality & Audit Expert Engineer at Orascom Telecom, leading quality assurance for telecommunication tower installations. Educational qualifications include a Master in Energy Engineering from the University of Illinois Chicago and two Master’s degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Technology.
