Francisco Borges is a dedicated physicist currently serving as a Resident Ph.D. Student at the Perimeter Institute since January 2020, following a role as a Master's Student at the same institution from August 2018 to June 2019. Prior to this, Francisco worked as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant at Universidad Simón Bolívar, assisting with first-year science and engineering courses and advanced physics and astronomy curriculum from September 2016 to March 2018. Francisco's academic journey includes pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Theoretical and Mathematical Physics at McMaster University from 2020 to 2024, a Master's degree in Theoretical and Mathematical Physics at the University of Waterloo from 2018 to 2019, and an undergraduate degree from Universidad Simón Bolívar completed in 2018.
