Khurshed F.

Khurshed F. is a research intern at Vector Institute since January 2023, focusing on quantum optimization algorithms for spin glass problems and developing quantum computing paradigms for binarized neural networks. As a core member of IvLabs at VNIT since June 2019, Khurshed has initiated research in areas including Quantum Computing and Quantum Machine Learning. Khurshed has also engaged in various research internships, including at the Foundation for Research and Technology - Hellas, where robust control schemes for matter-wave lensing were developed, and at the University of Toulouse III, investigating the geometric aspects of maximally entangled states. In addition, Khurshed has participated in the PSI START Summer School and Bridge Program at the Perimeter Institute, served as Chairperson for the IEEE VNIT Student Branch, and held the position of Treasurer in the Department of Electronics and Communication at VNIT. Education includes a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology, with earlier studies at Rajhans Vidyalaya.
