Currently employed at Peritus International, Kester has previously held senior roles at South Offshore, InterMoor, TechnipFMC, and TotalEnergies, among others. Kester's expertise encompasses lead engineering positions focused on SURF installation, risers, and moorings, demonstrating a strong capability in managing subsea system design, dynamic response calculations, and team development. Kester holds a Master’s degree in Subsea Engineering and Management from Newcastle University.
