Rodney Swartz

Rodney Swartz, PhD, is an associate at McDermott Will & Emery since April 2022, previously serving as an associate editor for the Santa Clara High Technology Law Journal and as a research assistant to Professor Colleen Chien at Santa Clara University School of Law. Swartz has extensive experience in intellectual property law and engineering, including roles at SRI International and as a summer associate at McDermott Will & Emery.
