Leslie Thatcher

Leslie Thatcher serves as the Director of Program Development and Strategy at the Perkins School for the Blind, focusing on systemic barriers to college and career readiness for students with blindness and low vision. Additionally, Leslie operates Thatcher Education, providing personalized academic and career planning services. Previously, Leslie held various leadership roles, including Interim Director of College Counseling at Chapel Hill-Chauncy Hall School and Associate Director of Admissions at Worcester Academy. With experience at Lewis & Clark College in both admissions and recruitment, Leslie holds an Ed.M. from Harvard Graduate School of Education and a B.A. in History from Lewis & Clark College.
