Ashley Dias

Ashley Dias, AIA, ACHE, currently serves as Principal and Director of Healthcare Strategies at Perkins&Will since May 2019, following a tenure at The Innova Group as Principal and at Perkins&Will as Senior Associate. Experience includes substantial involvement in high-profile healthcare projects such as the Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health ED and Imaging Expansion and MD Anderson Emergency Center planning. Previous roles at Blue Cottage Consulting, Inc. encompassed project management and senior consulting for various healthcare facility planning efforts. A foundational role at HKS involved work in architecture and consulting, culminating in studies on healthcare design evolution. Ashley holds a Master of Architecture and a Bachelor of Environmental Design from Texas A&M University.
