MacKenzie McHale

Mackenzie McHale is an accomplished healthcare architecture professional with extensive experience in leadership and project management roles. Currently serving as the Healthcare Practice Leader at Perkins&Will since January 2025, Mackenzie previously held key positions at HKS, Inc., including Principal, Office Director, Health Practice Manager, and Vice President from June 2018 to January 2025. Prior experiences also include ownership of netXero Custom Homes, where Mackenzie focused on net zero home design, and roles at E4H Environments for Health Architecture, Ascension Group Architects, and Nader Design Group, contributing to various healthcare projects. Mackenzie earned a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from The University of Texas at Arlington and has a diverse educational background including studies at the University of Minnesota and St. Cloud State University.
