Pedro Souza

Pedro Souza is an experienced professional in technology and business innovation, currently serving in the role of Inovação e Novos Negócios at Pernambuco Motos, one of the largest Honda dealership groups in Brazil, since February 2024. Prior to this position, Pedro held key leadership roles as Head of Technology and Business Process and CTO at Voltz Motors from August 2019 to February 2024, and co-founded Interage Software, also serving as CTO from March 2012 to August 2021. Pedro's experience includes serving as Chief Operating Officer at Opará, where an online platform was developed to enhance control and traceability in fruit production. Other notable positions include systems analyst at Indra and Java developer at CESAR and M2M Digital. Educational qualifications include a corporate strategy and business degree from FGV, a postgraduate in Agile Project Management from CESAR School, and a bachelor's degree in Information Systems with a focus on Software Engineering from Faculdade Integrada do Recife.
