Chandra Das

Chandra Das is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Deputy General Manager - Human Resources at Strides since June 2023. Previously, Chandra held the position of Plant HR Head and External Affairs at ACC Limited, where responsibilities included overseeing HR operations and managing external stakeholder relations. As Circle HR Lead for American Tower, Chandra was accountable for the complete employee life cycle of over 150 employees while collaborating with leadership on strategic initiatives. Chandra's earlier roles include HR Business Partner at ITC Limited, Assistant Manager HR at GSK Consumer Healthcare India, Senior Executive HR at Baxter International Inc., and HR Officer at Mylan. Chandra Das holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from GITAM Deemed University and a B.Sc. in Electronics from Andhra University.
