Ivy Spargo

Ivy Spargo is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in merchandising and leadership within the retail and fashion industries. Currently serving as EVP of Global Nike Swim at Perry Ellis International since January 2020, Ivy previously held the position of Chief Merchandising Officer at francesca’s® from 2017 to 2019. Additional roles include SVP and GMM for Women's Apparel & Sephora inside JCP at JCPenney from 2012 to 2015, VP and GMM for Women’s Apparel & Accessories at Lands' End from 2009 to 2012, and Sr Director of Global Merchandising, DTC & Product Management at Nike from 2002 to 2009. Ivy holds a degree from the Fashion Institute of Technology.
