Craig West

Craig West has over 19 years of extensive experience in the construction industry, currently serving as Director of Construction at Persimmon Homes since March 2016, where responsibilities include managing two land parcels comprising 92 timber frame houses. Prior to this, Craig held roles at Berkeley Homes as Senior Site Manager for luxury townhouses and apartments, and at Barratt Developments plc as Site Manager for various projects involving traditional and RC frame constructions. Craig's journey in construction began at Persimmon Homes, where positions ranged from Apprentice Carpenter to Site Manager, overseeing projects featuring high-spec apartments and timber frame houses. Craig's formal education includes studies at Guildford College from 2007 to 2011.
