John Pushparaj

John Pushparaj serves as the Chief Growth Officer at Persistent Systems since July 2023. Prior to this role, John held various leadership positions at L&T Technology Services Limited from 2009 to July 2023, including Executive Vice President and Business Head for the Service Providers, Media, and Entertainment practice, where management extended over a diverse global sales and engineering workforce. Additional roles at L&T included Vice President & Global Accounts Head, overseeing sales for strategic accounts, and Area Vice President, responsible for business development and sales efforts in the USA and Asia. John's earlier career includes significant engineering and operational leadership at Motorola Solutions from 1997 to 2009, culminating in the role of Director Of Engineering And Operations. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, a Master’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from North Carolina State University, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from PSG College of Technology.
