Rosie Day

Rosie Day is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in leading design projects and teams across various sectors. Currently serving as Design Director at Concentrix since May 2019, Rosie specializes in mobile-first digital experiences, managing a team of 22 in the US and LATAM, while fostering a culture of growth and inclusion. Prior roles include UX Lead at Concentrix, where Rosie significantly contributed to business growth, and various consultancy positions within government departments focused on digital strategy and service design. Notable achievements include winning the Cabinet Office Innovation Awards and being highly commended by the DIT Awards. Rosie holds a BSc in International Relations from The London School of Economics and a Postgraduate Diploma in Professional Consulting, Management & Leadership from the Chartered Management Institute.
