Robert Cole

Robert Cole joined the Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director in January 2023. Robert has over 35 years' experience in energy, resources, infrastructure, and the legal profession. He is a former Executive Director of Woodside, Managing Director of Beach Energy, and partner-in-charge of King & Wood Mallesons in Perth.

He is currently Chair of Iluka Resources Ltd (ASX:ILU), a leading developer and producer of mineral sands and rare earths, and Chair of Perenti Ltd, (ASX:PRN) a large diversified mining contractor. In addition to his private sector experience, he has extensive experience chairing WA Government Trading Enterprises, including current roles as Chair of Synergy and Landgate and a former role as Chair of Southern Ports. He is also a member of the Council of Curtin University.
