Grant Neff

Grant Neff serves as the Executive Director of Land Management at Pete Lien & Sons, Inc., overseeing safety, performance, and operations across limestone, iron ore, and sand/gravel mining operations since February 2016. Prior to this role, Grant Neff gained significant experience as Operations Manager at Atwood Oceanics from August 2007 to June 2015, managing offshore drilling teams and support offices across multiple international locations. Earlier career experience includes a position as an engineer at Ensco plc, where Grant Neff participated in a management development program focused on jack-up and semi-submersible drilling rigs. Academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from the University of South Dakota Beacom School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from South Dakota Mines.
