Ashay Deshpande

Ashay Deshpande is a seasoned professional in the hospitality industry, currently serving as a Food and Beverage Supervisor at Peter and Pauls Hospitality Group since April 2023. Previously, Ashay worked as an Assistant Restaurant Manager at Vega Restaurant Management from February 2021 to January 2023, and as a Guest Services Associate at Al Ghalia from September 2019 to February 2021. Ashay began a career in guest services as a Guest Service Agent at Conrad Pune from March 2018 to April 2019, after completing a traineeship at JW Marriott Pune in the restaurant and banquets department in 2016. Ashay holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management and Catering Technology from Maharashtra State Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology, Pune, completed in 2018.
