Leo Hoheisel

Leo Hoheisel currently serves as the Business Intelligence & Automation Lead at Peter Park since October 2024. Previously, Leo held the role of Business Intelligence Lead at Avi Medical in 2024, where responsibilities included enhancing the ETL pipeline and developing critical reports for data-driven decision-making. At FINN from 2021 to 2024, Leo progressed from Senior Data Analyst L3 to Data Analyst L2, contributing significantly to operational analytics, creating dashboards, optimizing the carbon offsetting portfolio, and establishing a data quality infrastructure. Other roles include Business Intelligence Manager, where foundational data models were implemented, and Business Development & Automation Manager, which involved enhancing automation processes. Earlier experience includes being an Entrepreneur in Residence at Fertilly, Business Development at EatFirst, and an IT Consulting Intern at BSS - BuCET Shared Services AG. Leo holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Mannheim and a degree in International Management & Entrepreneurship from Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
