Gary Shelton

Gary Shelton is an experienced drilling and completions consultant with a diverse background in the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as a Drilling Consultant at Enxp since July 2014, Gary has also held consulting roles at RWDY and Pioneer Natural Resources Company from April 2018 to June 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing well plans and managing day-to-day drilling operations. Previous positions included Completion Consultant at Sable Permian Resources, Company Man roles at Arena Offshore and ENI, and various consultancy roles at Hamilton Group and Sanchez Oil & Gas Corporation. Gary Shelton's career encompasses both land and offshore drilling operations, supported by an educational background from Copiah-Lincoln Community College from 1983 to 1985.
