Yenna Tjahjadi is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition with extensive experience across various roles in recruitment and consulting. Currently serving as Talent Acquisition Superintendent at PT Petrosea Tbk since February 2021, Yenna previously held the position of Team Lead at PT Asia Select Indonesia from November 2018 to January 2021. Prior to that, Yenna was the Head of Search Prime Division at PT. PEOPLE-PRIME CONSULTANT and a Senior Consultant at PT Tempindo Jasatama, where responsibilities included overseeing recruitment processes, conducting assessments, and maintaining client communication. Earlier career experience includes roles as a Consultant at asia select and Grant Thornton Indonesia, as well as an Associate Consultant at PT. John Clements. Yenna holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing from Deakin University and a Diploma in Sales Management from Holmesglen TAFE College.
