Joey Yow is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital support and customer care management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Digital Support Experience at PetSafe Brands since September 2022, Joey leads a cross-functional team focused on managing digital support channels and conversation analytics for a global consumer product company. Previously, at Warner Bros. Discovery, Joey held the position of Senior Manager, Operations Planning, overseeing teams in Workforce Management, Training, and Quality Assurance. Joey's career began at ADT, progressing through various roles including Customer Service Agent to Area Manager of Customer Care Experience & Quality, where responsibilities included team coaching and enhancing customer experience.
